PK is not being marked

    it has happen to me 3 times this week.. i am farming or doing mob killing quest, and some dick or massive vag, comes along and kills me. he or she, but im sure its he, is not marked as a PK,,,,i am not flaged or my guild is at war, is there an exploit or a cheat that is being use. I dont know. please take a look at it.
