    On the real aion they ask extra money for it even tough you already need to pay for it but since this is a private server.

    Why not giving it in exchange for votings!!!!!! ?

    You can get it by voting till you get 1000 credits or you just can Donate 10$ . I think they are not tradable right now. They are working on it

    I think they should spawn a NPC that sell these things. 10 dollars for a plastic surgery is too much
