Solved Play BDO with Different Connection

I ve been playing Black desert on GamezBD for few months. first time I play the game I use my smartphone as connection for mobility. the games works fine.
But when I switch to other network connection like home cable connection, I can login but when I select character and enter the game , it refuses and throw me out back to the launcer.
it seems detect ip connection or something, I dont know. but if I play use my smartphone as connection again, everything is fine and I can play the game.
Any solution for this?

After connecting your new cable, try to reset your ip doing the following:
In command prompt, type "ipconfig /release", and press enter.
Wait for the command to be processed, and then type "ipconfig /renew" and press enter.
Restart your PC and try to login.

If it doesn't help, go to the following folders and delete all in:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\GamezBDO
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\GamezBDO
(If you can't see it, just enable the option to see hidden folders and files.)

If the problem persist, try clearing your cache, located in your GamezBD folder at Documents:
C:\Users\username\Documents\GamezBD\UserCache
(Save a backup if you intend to keep interface configuration and such.)

 

I try first solution nothing happens still throw me out the game.
I try solution no 2 it works. It seems have problem with setting loaded that I ve made. by the way I try to find
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\GamezBDO -> doesn't exist
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\GamezBDO -> doesn't exist
but in Documents, there is GamezBD Folder so I delete all of it and it runs
