player transfer problem

My character skylomol, I try to transfer skylomol from Lumiel to siel, and It have taken 5days, the player transfer service still say you have a active player transfer.and I still don't get credit back. Can anyone help me.......

try to delete a character in another race, because in gamezaion only be one race per server

 

your information is wrong, you can dual race an account simply by transferring a race from siel to lumiel and vice verse.

 

Rules and Restrictions

• You cannot transfer a player within a legion
• You cannot transfer to a server with more than 7 players in your account on that server
• Your account must be offline during the transfer
• Your account must have 1500 credits to start the transfer
• Your player abyss points will not be transferred
• Your player friends list will not be transferred
• All broker items will not be transferred
• All player mail will not be transferred
• If another player has the same name, "_UNK" will be added at the end of your name and you will be given a name change ticket
