    Dear Admin, i do transfer char from lumiel to siel its about 9hours a go, when i'm login in, my char still in lumiel and when i go to lumiel, i cant go back to siel, everytimes clicking select server, i got dc always, so my account now stuck on lumiel server, i'm really need help now, thx. :sad:

    Try without a ping reducer or if you aren't using one, do so

    I'll try using pingzapper and then its work, thanks, but the char still in lumiel, didnt moving yet to siel, what should i do? waiting?

    The player transfer service is a bit buggy as for now, some transfers work, some others don't, but if yours failed, your credits will be refunded in a matter of days
