please Clarify us about AFK rules

so is it ok to be afk at the event when the scrolls is used ?? but you ban a player when they are afk in 1 minute rule ? please clarify us what the exact rule of AFK during event time . because a lot of ALT player(asmo) joining event so the other can go inside .

This is a one-minute video, from a 30-minute event. You don't really expect us to issue bans based on one minute? As I said in the report, everyone you clicked on had scrolls, they were playing normally until they gave up at some point.
People are punished for being afk for a few minutes and causing their teammates to lose. There are also those who use ungeared alts and leave them afk so they can register with their main character, which is also a violation of our server rules.

 

base on the rules you posted . those player who afk during event will get ban right ? RvR is event

• If a player is caught collecting items while AFK on any map using any automated software, the punishments below will apply.

• First offense: 12 hours of Temp Ban.
• Second Offense: 48 hours of Temp Ban.
• Third Offense: 7 Day Ban
• Fourth Offense: Permanent Ban

 

I am telling you how it works because there are exceptions. We don't issue bans based on a one-minute video of a 30-minute event. Thats it.
