    I`ve scanned all the forum and fouded some information.
    39. Please close 'Interception' before starting the game.
    Go to Local Disk (C: ) -> Windows -> System32 -> Drivers, and delete the following files: Keyboard.sys and Mouse.sys.

    I can't delete keyboard.sys and mouse.sys because the are in use.I`ve deleted Razer Synappse and Bloody Driver but it still doesn`t work. I don`t know that to do.Help,please.
