well for your information the set was lost when i leave the legion it was lost after the update 2.6-2.7 FYI....understand.?

Unfortunately, we can't do anything in this scenario. I'm going to have to deny this reimbursal on the following.

1- Your account responsibility is left to you the player. From what was said, your items were pretty blatantly either traded to someone else, or you deleted them.

2- The old screenshot, while providing proof you had the items, doesn't show an actual time (which could be given by using the /time command ingame)

The newer ones, while taken ingame, are also missing the necessary timeframe.

3- If you really did wait 1 month between taking these screenshots, than even if we wanted to go and find the missing items, there'd be close to 0 possible way for any of us as Seniors to do so appropriately.

I'm sorry, but for now this is going to be denied. If you come across any further proof, we'd be happy to look at it again.
