Please help- 400 dollar account deleted

Hello Gamezaion members and staff,

I played gamezaion on siel server around 2-3 years ago and recently decided to come back. I spent easily upwards of 400 dollars on archon brigade general's gear and weapons from the cash shop, and when I try to log in to my old account it says no such account exists. There is a chance I may have the wrong user name or password, but I am fairly confident I am entering the right information. I have my previous paypal transactions on record and can present proof of purchase, so I am wondering if my account was truly deleted, will I have all my items back? Please help.

Inactive accounts are deleted after 7 months. Most likely what happened if you haven't played in a long time.

Inactive accounts are generally deleted after 6-7 months though, but with paypal donation receipts etc should be alright

 

So, if ever any accounts are deleted after 6-7 months with the proof receipt via paypal or any cash donations is there any possibilities that they can have a refund of there items/credits?

 

It varies on a case to case basis. If there's enough proof, then I wouldnt see why not to be honest but, the hard part is after being inactive so long is keeping and getting that proof.

 

anyways this would be cool if you can prove it and get creds back after ur acc got deleted i know few guys who wasnt active for 2 years lol and now they stat all over again

 

I can't guarantee anything. I can simply send it where it needs to go, should there be enough.
