Please HELP - I CANT FLY OUTSIDE TOWN

I got terrible bug, now i cant fly outside town anymore. only can fly inside town and at abyss place,it just makes my game become normal aion ,no more gamez aion ... Cant fly anywhere outside town

each time i try to fly, it says in red charater " you cannot fly in this area" ... what should i do now? i did relog ,full relog for half an hour, i did press the page up key board but still nothing help me

Please anyone help me at this, im feel so tired at fighting wiout wings with my enemies.......

My charracter is Cave , a sorceress lvl 55 elyos
