Please help Launcher Problems

    The Black Desert Online Launcher is stuck at NOW LOADING screen. Please HELP. im waiting for like an hour, and when i opened my monitor its still in this now loading. Is it because of the region restriction? im from the Philippines btw, and BDO is not available in my country. Ive tried reinstalling the launcher 2x already but to no avail.
