please help me trouble shoot

    hello i have done the steps to log on aion over and over
    i have got to play. i like the game but now every time i try to log in hame launcher keep shutting down at the start of the game is there anything i can do to solve this problem?

    maybe reinstall the gamezlauncher , and make sure u put it in ur aion folder. Also upgrade ur DirectX.

    Update your directx, delete your bin32 and repair it using NCSoft launcher, reinstall gamezaion launcher.
