    Im just reformat my PC from win XP to win 7. When I'm try to open gamez aion , its always said "Aion Requieres the DirectX version released after June, 2008" . Well im already download and setup the directX link by smartik in my PC but still not work. Do i'm nid to repair my through NCSOFT and downgrade??

    ok done with directX problem but now come another 1.... aion(1024) failed to initialized and im suggest myself to repair and downgrade ?? will this work??

    Seems like the 1024 problem is always there the first time or something, and you NEED to repair, so my guess is doing repair/downgrade should work just fine.
