Please help me

Recently i've got back to Gamez and i noticed that, now with the new patch, on some old toons the new stigma slots are locked. Each showing the required lvl to unlock it when i hover over the slot, even if my char is lvl 20 or 65. However it didn' happen to all of my toons.

 

If you are laying on lumile you will need to do the stigma quests.

On siel you do nor have to do them.

 

Aha i see. So the first one would be "Sliver of darkness"? , because i have tried that , and at one point you have to slot a stigma ....but the npc gives you a broken one. And if i make a new toon once i hit said lvl the slot is opened, so far i found this on 2 of my old pre-patch toons.

So i went to sanctum to do the first quest, but when i get to this guy he gives me a broken stigma wich i can't use.


Then i went back and bought said stigma hoping that it will work


...and it did not, he wouldn't let me slot the inert stigma.

So from this i think that if i didn't do the stigma quests before the patch, then i simply won't be able to use stigmas on this toon ...once again thx for your help.
