    This happened to me every time I selected a Character. I tried to reinstall it again, after installing it again i still have the same problem. My internet is stable.

    Alright. Your characters doesn't have a problem. Turn off your anti-virus, ping reducer/gamebooster if you have, and make sure your internet connection is stable.
