are u kidding? sry for such expression but search through forums it will take like 1day to write whole combo for every class u wrote down

and ranger comob from my own experience alway full buff before pvp.. when countdown starts do focused evansion. as soon as pvp starts stun with the chain, after use ur strongest 2skills only, then sleep him, after use lethal arrow, stun chain again and then bang

What I usually do is to make sure before I attack and after I attack that the player can't attack back.
If you can keep that in mind, you can create your own creative combo.
