    I don't know about Lumiel but this is flat out wrong on Siel.

    What I don't understand is the total lack of communication from upper management ("green" names here on the forums), ie. the only the ones that seem to have any real power and whose words have any real weight around here. There's clearly a lot of problems with the server, some that have been affecting gameplay in a significant way and for a significant amount of time now (years) and they obviously aren't getting fixed. It's no wonder many players are frustrated. Many of them have spent a considerable amount of time and money here.
