    so uhm i lost a quest item and it was needed for a campaign quest

    would it be possible for us to mail that certain item using another character or another account

    or would it be possible for a GM to help us and put that certain item in our inventory?

    Abandon the quest and see the quest giver and re do it. The quest item should come back to your inventory

    but this is a campaign quest not an ordinary one

    you could only abandon normal quests....
