Please. Solve my issue.

1.
This video shows my first problem.
My character(her name is SoRang) has a Mount. It called "Cart001".
There are items belonging to this "Cart001" 's inventory.
But in principle, These items are an item belonging to a character, so it should not fit inside "Cart001's bag.
Anyway, I can't get the item out of Cart001's bag. Only the message "A Bound Item" appears.
It's hard to use... I can't sell Cart001 because Cart001 has bound items. And I can't use it because it has items in it's bag on 3 cells.
Please remove the bound item in Cart001's Bag.



2.
I have Urugon's Shoes(IV TET).
I improved it to 'current level 20' using Caphras Stone. So 'Force enchant' is active!!!
I clicked 'Force enchant' and tried to upgrade the IV Urugon to V Urugon.
However, it did not upgrade.
Only the prompt "Item cannot be enhanced."
In the information window, there is a notification of Caphras's current level 20 and 100.00%, why not upgrade?
Please make my TET Urgon a PEN.



I solved 2nd problem.
Caphras force-enhance is disabled on GamezBDO.
I learned this by searching the patch contents.
