Pleaseee heelp I'm stuck!

hello, please i want restart the server , since yesterday I'm stuck, I went to Gelkmaros and had a bug which could not move and when I moved my HP decreased, then restart the game and I was unable to connect with game , I get error I can not connect to server and I closed the game, today I was trying to get in and I got it unstuck error.I've sent the request for unstuck but not yet solved anything.Les I would greatly appreciate your prompt response and solution to this problem . try to log in when you can. the server has been restarted for updates. hope it worked out for you. if not, let someone know here :biggrin:

 

I just tried to log in again, but the error stills, show me as log-in even,and then shows : failed to connected to the game server, I'm sad I wanna play.
