no , your fault for not taking care of your items / account ... read the disclaimer . I never saw a case where the scammed guy got his kinah back . You should never give first unles you trade with a really known trader , or a friend , else you`ll get raped most likely ...

If you PROVED that he is a SCAMMER then he should get BAN without question , dont know why nothing happens to scammers and they keep taking ppl kinah

If you wish to conduct business that requires more than one trade we advise waiting until you can find an available GM who can be the middleman in your transaction. As in have the GM take both player's items and then switch them.
