    Delete that one and try with this: Items37V2.rar
    Install it in your Aion/Data/USA/Items.

    If that doesn't help at all, delete everything inside these folders:

    Aion/Data/USA/Items
    Aion/Data/Europe/Items
    Aion/Data/Items

    Repair, and launch the game to see if it gets you to the logging screen.
