I can donate but my credits not get

 

ya .. me too .. i donate last two days with VISA card .. i didn't get back my toll till today ... dear admin .. please help !

its the same Problem with voting, u are voting...and getting nothing...ok maybe 30 toll by voting 10 times. And no one cares or answer to fixx that ****ing shit, that goes on for weeks...

It has been over a month now Paypal still isn't in donations and Super Rewards still has no donation option. Has it been permanently deleted? I would appreciate if someone who knows something could respond back.

Just use you're debit card. If you have a paypal you obviously have a card.and also I got mine almost instantaneously, and it was 50 dollars [so a large sum of money], you sure somethings not wrong on you're end?

Also when has the words be patient ever been said around here. It will get to you. And if you don't get it within a day then send a ticket or contact an admin.
Also if you're account has been charged take a picture of you're online statement or something and just block out any private information like you're card number ect. They do need proofs.

Especially if it's you're first time donating it might take a while to verify the card and make sure its legit. And especially if its over 9000 100 bucks. Its just for you're protection. Plus online buying always takes a little time. Again just be patient.

 

Well I was told that this is a widely occurring problem so most likely it isn't something wrong on my end. I can not donate with my debit card or Paypal as their is no option to. The pictures are for Payment wall and Super Rewards.

Well then payment wall took off the paypal option. Payment wall is a totally different company and is not run by gamez. I do know they did used to have a paypal option but it is now gone on every site I've seen it used on. So either all the game sites are not allowing paypal anymore or payment wall has taken off their paypal option. Either way I highly doubt it's gamez fault and I don't think they can fix it, it would have to be brought up with payment wall.

Or it could be that gamez just doesn't either trust paypal or has no paypal account.

Edit: also on other game sites this happens a lot as well,it's not just on gamez. Everyone says its a widely spread problem, yet I can do it just fine. Its probably something with payment wall and you're bank, again most likely not gamez fault unless something went wrong.

And again, go back to my post, if you haven't gotten you're credits then send a ticket with a screen shot of you're bank statement [blocking out all personal information] proving that you paid.

I voted 10 mins ago and it went fine, try spamming F5 till it's loaded. It might be down because of many users trying to log in/visiting.
