Try using Aion Database or another Aion website but for the most part:

Pure Mithril Ore can be obtained through gathering Mithril Ore. It is a rare gather from those nodes.

Pure Aether can be gathered from Burning Vortexes in Storm Circle or near the middle of the Upper Abyss. I am also aware that an NPC did sell it on Gamez, but I do not know if it is still there now.

The rest are dropped by the Balaur. You can normally find them dropped by the Balaur in the Abyss if they hold a fortress and also most likely the Balaur in Balaurea.

I also stated you could find them in the Upper Abyss

 

cant fly in the storm circle?.. i think u can.. its a free fly zone in heiron.. but outside that circle.. its a free ticket to the jail
