Plz Help Credit problem

Hello i just bought credit and they charged me from the bank and everything but i havent received the credit how long does it takes thanks.

 

i think it takes up 2 48 hours..

 

and i bought it with the 15% more that they give you when you buy an amount do you know if that works or what?

 

As stated above, it can take up to 48 hours. However, it rarely takes that long. If it's your first time donating it takes longer because SuperRewards / PaymenWall has to process and confirm your transaction. Every further one after the first is instant. That's how it was for me as well. (I use debit card and phone payments. Both are instant.)

If you got charged, you will receive them. Be patient.

As for the 15% thing? Never heard of that lol.
