plz help

first of all i can say that i am not good at engish.

I have one strange problem that when i am in the game the game starts lagging so much that my pc somethimes stuck and i have to restart it and its amoust every time that its lagging so much that i cant even run half sanctum normally but with lagging and waithing when the 30 sec lagg wil end and i can run more some steps . but the thing is that it is hapening only at this server ,why? i really like this server but i cant normally play i tried other servers all worked fine but this one is lagging horible but my friend plays in this server fine without lagging, whats wrong?
