Solved Possible bug with Challenges after hitting level 60 on Season server.

Hello all! Wraithhunter here, I've created a new account due to not having access to my old account. So I just hit level 60 today on my Warrior on the Season server and under "Goal" in Challenge section, there are 2 new challenges that come with every Season which is hit level 60 and 61 to get a PEN Tuvala Ring and PEN Tuvala Earing. However upon reaching level 60 I couldn't claim the PEN Tuvala Ring, and noticed that it says that it can only be claimed from Dec 22nd 2020 - March 31rst 2021. Yet under the Black Spirit's Pass it says Dec 22nd 2020 - July 23 2021. So why did the challenge only last until March while the Season server itself goes on until July? It doesn't make sense. I think this is a bug, because I can see the Season Challenges, but I can't claim the Level 60 Season reward. As in if it did only last until March, and it's now April 5th, these two challenges should be gone but they are not. I have even re-logged but it still tells me "you don't meet the requirements." I am also on the Season Sever, so it's not like I am on the normal servers trying to claim this reward. I'm not at level 61 yet but I've noticed it too has March 31rst.

The only other thing I can think of is that maybe it's overwhelmed and is delayed, I have clicked "Claim" but tells me you don't meet the requirements, other times I click claim and it doesn't say anything, I'll give it time and see, I do know challenges is bugged a little because other event items tell me "you cannot claim this at this time." But ye it does seem like it's bugged a bit.

 

Thought this was fixed, I was able to claim both ring and earring after @Kolka fixed it days ago. Try force checking your game files in the launcher, it did require a file update when he did the fix/patch so maybe your launcher didnt "patch" that specific file.
