    Been checking periodically at it's spawn point.

    I haven't seen it once though.
    Does anyone know if this NPC is placed some where else, or am I just having bad luck with it?

    Bumping, still haven't found the npc.
    What I'm trying to accomplish is getting Marra's Party Dress on my Elyos character. I see others with it on so I assume it's possible to achieve.

    U can make a asmo char, buy it in pandaenium, remodel into a lower armor and put in ur account wh.

    I made an Asmodian character and bought a Marra Dress, but I'm unable to trade it.
    I then remodeled it to a low level armor, and then the armor became untradable. Seems as though I can not trade it through characters.
    How is is possible to get Marra's Dress on my Elyos character?
