Pre-Order DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY​

Bug Description:

IMPORTANT: HUGE BUG. Kolka hasn't got back to me in over a week on a very pressing issue. About a week ago i had a 600 million silver pre-order on a TRI Witch Earring and when i came back from my trip, my pre-order money was gone and I did not have the Earring on any of my toons. TODAY at 3:40 pm-3:55pm PST 11/29/2018 I pre-ordered 10 sharps and I got 3 out of the 10. Check the logs and see for yopurslef. I havent collected any of the 3 sharps from my Mail. Really upsetting that this essential game function is not working and it is just eating money....​

So sorry to tell you this, but as soon as you preorder something the game takes the money out of your account. As to where it ended up I can only suggest you look in you mail as it is put there from the marketplace on pre-order. I am not saying that you are wrong about this bug, it could be true, but I just wanted to tell you the most obvious in case you missed it
