Pre order not working for me

    Hi i put pre order and i dont win item.No one put on this item pre order because item not sold after 1 min and able to bid.Why i dont take this ?

    There is a 50% chance for an item to go to preorder, and likewise, to bidding. Preorder does not guarentee the item. When the item does go to preorder, I believe it will go to highest bidder.
