Premium and VIP

    hi, I bought the Premium first and after that I bought the VIP~ And now the VIP has expired, but my Premium aslo disappear. So what should I do now?

    Somehow, god knows how, proof you had it.

    My vip expires in 3 days, and I too have not the slightest clue of how to provide proof when I have no SS or videos.

    neither does just bout anybody who bought VIP coz nobody expected this would happen lol

    people come to reasonably expect to lose items ingame so they screenshot them, but who would have expected to lose a non game related classification :p

    the vast majority of players voted for their prem and VIP and it doesnt get recorded in the purchase history xD so yeah to sum it up: they r screwed ^^
