    With premium you get 30% bonus enchant. But if you gonna enchant, dont expect you get all gear for pen for few days. I heart people say rng here is harder then official server. Otherwise in premium is important dropfiler

    with premium and event
    base chance (check it on bdo codex) + Failstackx0.845

    if u don't have both then
    base chance + failstackx0.5

    if u only have premium
    base chance + failstackx0.65

    if only event is on
    base chance + failstackx0.6
