Premium Membership Problem

    I bought two 15 day memberships. I put one on my account then did it again and clicked send to friend and put it on the other one. they both went on the second account instead of how i did it originally. how do i fix it?
    I did it earlier with 7 day on both and it didnt just put it on one account but this time it did
