    Ok, so If I am VIP already, and planning to get Premium too, my rates will be VIP + Premium or just VIP since VIP has the highest rates ?

    nope youll be premium and your vip will be wasted, get premium if your vip get xpired .

    VIP only allows u to trade untradable items such as lvl 55-60 items(Like ABG's,NCC, EAC, ACD, etc..)
    premiun,,nahh,,just keep on voting..so u can be VIP as it expires,, :D

    That was funny. I know what VIP does and what Premium does. I am just asking if I get both, rates will grow like VIP + Premium or just VIP cuz VIP has the highest rates. It's a simple question.

    They do not stack, the VIP takes priority. You'll maintain your VIP rates until it expires. Basically it is a waste to get it now, get Premium when your VIP expires.
