Preorder Disappeared

    Hello
    I just checked my preorders and found out the one for the shining alchemy stone of destruction (32.4bil) is gone. I haven't received any item since none was sold but also the money didnt return either....

    Bugged or is it something i missed? Or did i just forget that i removed it myself?

    Would be nice to have that checked :)
