"Preparing for download..." stuck.

hello, today after patching the game, sadly i can't pass the "Preparing for download" status i did some research and tried a few methods posted in other threads.
I tried:
-Adding the launcher, the black desert folder and the "GamezBD Launcher" folder enabeld to pass from the windows defender.
-I had check if all the aplications where allowed to pass the firewall [ wich they were ]
-And tried use a VPN.

This happen randomly, i had reached the game a few times before and never had this problem.

Is there any solution or common problem which causes this that someone knows which can help me?
