"Preparing To Download" is very long time

I download client from these >> http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/download-mirrors-client-v795-community-provided.210022/
and download lancher
then extract file and select game floder
then lancher will check file when check file completed "PREPARING TO DOWNLOAD" will display.
I wait it very long time.
How I can do it ??

Now I turn off Firewall and Window defender but it still problem

Windows 10 can be finniky with it's permissions.
As long as the launcher works without errors, your worries are not with firewall or defender.
All phases of the launcher (check, preparing, download, patching etc) are slow.
I have performed force checks numerous times and from checking to finished sometimes takes up to 25mins.
Leave it on for 40-60mins and see what happens.
Also downloading works from other users that are online in the game and launcher is uploading from them to you while they play, so speeds will not be stellar.

Under what circumstances do you get this error? What what do you do to get to the error?

 

Kimmaster, I highly recommend deleting BDO and Gamezbd launcher and just downloading the official BDO launcher and re-installing the game from there (Select EU region).
After that download the GamezBD launcher again and run it. Wait for it to patch the official client down to what the server uses and come back to forums to update us.
