Problem at logging in

    My friend tryied to play here but he has a problem.

    He installed the game, downloaded the patch instaled it, downloaded items.pak and system.ovr and started the game. he writes the user/pass and the game just frozes there. can anyone give me a fix for that? i checked all over the forum cant find a working one.
