Problem connecting

Ok so I downloaded & installed the game. I then downgraded & installed the item pack. Problem is when I go to log on it say that it can't initialize the game. Error code 1024

 

Make sure your client was fully installed (the folder should be about 26~27 GB excluding the $Patch$ folder), if it is, go to Aion\L10N\ and delete everything inside, run the NCSoft launcher and hit of "File Repair" button, then run the GamezAion Launcher as administrator and let it update your client.

 

I should add that once I ran the GamezAion Launcher it asked me to update and I did. I wasn't having a problem connecting until I updated then downgraded to the 4.5.0.14 client. Last night when I ran the game before the game completed downloading (progressive download said playable) I could log onto the GamezAion client but I couldn't see NPCs or anything other than the head of my character. Now I can't even launch the game.

Its fully downloaded though. I let it download overnight and it finished & I installed.

 

Well; you're still going to have to follow the steps given by Ayaria, you're not going to have to download everything again; it's going to be very quick

 

Deleted the Aion\L10N folder and running the file repair now

 

After the file repair, make sure to downgrade again and apply the item.pak (I would try to start the game w/o our item.pak first just to make sure that it's not an item.pak issue). :3

 

Ran the repair tool & its still not connecting. Going to delete the item pack and run the repair again & see if that fixes it. I just don't understand what is giving me the error since I could play during the download last night but now that I'm patched according to this site it won't run.

I did all that & its still giving me the error code.
