problem for connection

    Hi everybody
    When I try to start the game, the error message appears: This program is unavailable in your country.

    I have chosen in north america ncsoft, as shown on the site to install the game, what should I do?
    How do we repair the Client?

    I finally managed to start the game, but it remains stalled in the choice of servers.
