Problem - Game stop at the black screen with NCSoft word!

Hi i have a problem.I installed the Aion from NCSoft launcher , but i didn't updated it , its calling 'Update Required and i can't update it because it stop working.
But the first problem is that the game stop at black screen with a NCSoft word in the middle of screen.
I was waiting for like 20 minutes but it still doesn't work.Guys how i can fix it? I want play and yes i downloaded the Gamez Aion Launcher and i did run the game by 'Gamez Aion Launcher.exe' file.

P.S Sorry for my language , i know its not perfect but its not my country

When I went to install aion, and it updated well. It took a dumb long time to actually get to that point. I also somehow managed to break my installation and had to go and fully reinstall the game x.x!
