Problem in downloading/installing Aion

There was an error while installing Aion:
System.Exception: Couldn't create the LauncherID.ini file in the following folder:
'CProgram Files (x86)\NCsoft\Aion'
Please make sure that you have write access to the folder. You may want to change your install directory by pressing the "Customize" Button before installation.

In order to use the default install directory, you may need to run the NCsoft Launcher as an administrator or create the directory manually.
System.IO.IOException: The Launcher does not have premission to modify the Program Files directory.

 

u have vista or win 7 and user account control is limiting ur access >.> i hate that bs

goto control panel -> users/user accounts -> UAC (last option) and disable it, then restart ur pc and try again

u can also right click the launcher and run it as administrator, should give u access too. but id really turn off UAC, its an annoyance and causes many issues with aion
