    my cousin just finishing installin the game but it dosent have the aion north america folder is tht norrmal?

    Did he download the EU version?

    Aslong as his settings are set to 'Noth America' in the NcSoft Launcher he should be ok, if not he needs to set it and click 'Repair'.
