Problem Launcher

Hello,
Every time I'm trying to launch the game I get this error (see screenshot below), I've tried reinstalling the game but nothing seems to work.
Can you please tell me what I'm supposed to do ?

The antivirus program may be blocking some files. Close and try again.

 

@gungenir Hello, thank for you reply. I only use Windows Defender and have disabled it, however the problem persists.

 

Windows defender doesn't interfere with this game, nor does the firewall, but what can get in the way is the "Core isolation", which is an option in the Windows security settings. You do have to turn that off in order for the game to run, but don't worry, you can use a third party network monitor, to see that the game doesn't interact with anything suspicious.
