Problem logging in to certain char

Hi Guys, i have been able to play GamezBD NA without any problems so far for months until recently this week i could not log into my lahn at velia. I was able to log into by Shai this morning and play without problems but once i changed to lahn, the game just crashes and reverts back to the launcher. Now i can't log in to any char at all. Here are some measures i've tried to troubleshoot. A potential problem could be Epic games launcher as i recently got World War Z on it.

Force check on launcher without problems highlighted
Attempted after settings set to low
Reinstalled game from scratch and attempted the above again
Rescued char from website
cleared cache from C:\Users\****\AppData\Local\GamezBDO

Problem solved, was able to run after trouble shooting compatibility, adjusted to windows 7 and changed the scaling DPI. Not sure if clearing out caches too beforehand played a part as the game only properly ran after changing the DPI
