problem on quest

so far two quest is stuck for me the first is

neutralizing odium & hunting lepharist revolutionaries

the problem on neutralizing odium is im stuck on need to talk captain tula ive talk to him like a hundred time and nothing happen!!!

and the problem with "hunting lepharist is that after the deating the thiefs in bulbus's farm im supose to talk again with Abolos but the quest continue to defeat cavil without me able to talk to Abolos and cavil is nowhere to be seen where he is suppose to be and so the quest is stuck again..... is there some way to fix this???

im only half way and i have 2 quest stuck already....

 

not sure of your first problem, but have heard of others having that problem.

for Cavil, he is in the house right beside the far back farm.
