Problem Quest "deliver on your promise"

Hey people, Im doing the quest to access Abyss (deliver on your promise), however I have a kind o bug:

At a moment of the quest Im supposed to go in Elthen, but the Sanctum's teleporter doesn't propose me to teleport there (Ican only go in Poeta or Verteron). :sad:

I cant abandon this quest and do it again .... inched:

Someone know any solving steps ?? :whistling:

Im on Lumiel server.

Try going to Verteron and talking to the NPCs that are there for the quests that pop up when you zone in. That unlocks your teleporting to the next area.
