Problem updating Legion Announcement

    I am having a problem where I can no longer update my Legion announcement(I am the Brigade Gen.). I have tried to even update it with less characters than the current one with no luck.

    Would it be possible for a GM to assist me with this(in game name is Carn). I could also PM what I would like the Legion message to say to a GM if they would be willing to update it for me. Any help would appreciated!!
