problem when im going in group or alliance

    hello
    i've installed aion on my new laptop and when i go in group or alliance the group bar goes crazy: writes with chinese/japanese characters, changes classes,appears and dissapears and after 15-20 minutes, the game freezes and appears the SendLogClient.
    i've checked and this happens just when im in group.

    Please help me!

    PS: on my other pc i got a older version and has no problem. on this i got 3.0.0.8 and it showes me this. can be because of a incompatibility?
