Problem when logging after selecting or creating char.

    Hi guys, I've installed for the first time the game and the launcher... it's all ok but when I select the realm it freezes. I can only move the mouse but I can't do anything else... I've waited and waited and waited for nothing... If I reduce the game to icon and then re open it to screen the mouse is disappeared... seems an incompatibility with windows or something similar (I say this for experience with other games... that on windows 7 sometimes freezes without any cause...). How can I solve this? Thanks :)

    Make sure your not running v2.6 as Gamez doesn't support it. If its v2.6 you will have to downgrade to v2.5, guides for this can be found elsewhere in the forum :) dunno the link of the top of my head, but use the search bar to find it :)
